Join us for a FOUR-COURSE dinner of unique dishes created to perfectly pair with an evening of absinthe-based cocktails & the traditional absinthe Ritual performed & explained.
Course 1: Mixed green salad with grilled chicken, mango salsa, and strawberry champagne vinaigrette paired with an absinthe mule (absinthe, lime, ginger ale)
Course 2: Course two Beef clod tenders Au Poivre with rosemary red wine reduction served with roasted yukon golds, and sauteed spinach paired with absinthe cherry pop (rum, absinthe, cherry, coke)
Course 3: absinthe ritual
Course 4: Praline fig bread pudding paired with apple cider Sazerac
