Beer Flavor Identification, Three Primary Off-Flavors
Along with teaching proper tasting technique, this class will cover three primary off-flavors: sour, acetaldehyde, diacetyl. This session will be 90 minutes in length. The instructor trained the sensory panel at Boulevard Brewing Co. Learn like a pro! This class is free for Joy of Brewing Club members. For others, the cost is $15. Class is limited to twelve; Members preferred!
