Having Fun With French -- Dr. Lynne Breakstone

$5 for LLCC members, $10 for non-members.
If you ever studied French you may remember more than you think you do.
This course will give you an opportunity to have fun with others drawing out memories of former French skills. We'll work together translating witty, inspiring, and often funny French language video clips and PowerPoint images.
You will be delighted to discover how active and vibrant your linguistic brain cells still remain. Participants will need competency in French; The equivalent of a year of college-level French will let you feel comfortable in this class.
Dr. Lynne Breakstone taught college-level French for more than 40 years, the last 30 at Washington University in St. Louis, Missouri. As director of two study-abroad programs, she visited France regularly, soaking up its language and culture, all the while striving to make language learning both fun and rewarding.
