Cheese 102: Let's Make Feta!
This class is as hands-on as you would like it to be. We will be making Feta from our local Twin Brook Creamery. In class you will learn about the basics of home cheese making. We will make Feta and sample several dishes with our feta. This is an all ages class. See you in class!
