Cheese 102: Let's Make Feta!
Using local Twin Brooks Creamery Milk you will learn make cheese at home and wow your friends. Learn the basics and be as hands-on as you like. We will also be eating cheese from local cheese farms and our own that we make in class. All ages are welcome. Parking is limited at Chuckanut Center (The house in the Fairhaven Rose Garden), we recommend parking at the Fairhaven Middle School across the street. Class typically lasts an hour and a half.
