Lowell Philharmonic Princesses and Pirates Family Concert
The Lowell Philharmonic is excited to announce our upcoming Princess and Pirates Family Concert. We have an wonderful afternoon of music planned including the following:
Pirates of the Caribbean
Ravel Pavane Pour Une Infante Defunte
Palladio 1st movement
Mozart Sinfonia Concertante-Presto
Princess Leia's Theme from the Star Wars Suite
Pirates of Penzance Overture
Dvorak New World Symphony movements 2+4
Nuwanas Love Song, Movement 2 from the Thunderbirds Suite
The Palladio will be featuring our string play in students from surrounding towns including Billerica and Wilmington.
After the concert we will have "Meet the Instruments" where kids can come up and meet the musicians of the Lowell Philharmonic and see the instruments up close. All ages are encouraged to attend!
IMPORTANT INFORMATION. THIS CONCERT HAS A SNOW DATE OF SATURDAY MARCH 9TH. IF THE CONCERT IS RESCHEDULED TO THIS DAY AN EMAIL WILL BE SENT OUT TO ALL THOSE WHO PURCHASED TICKETS. IT WILL ALSO BE POSTED ON OUR WEBSITE. THE DECISION WILL BE MADE BY 10AM THAT MORNING.
