Slam Allen
Playing Blues, R&B and good old fashioned Rock n Roll, the dynamic Slam Allen delivers powerful performances with a voice that echoes Otis Redding, a steely guitar that immerses you in the sounds of B.B. King and stage energy of Mr. James Brown!!
The gifted musician was the lead singer, guitarist and bandleader for Grammy nominated James Cotton. Playing international festivals including Argentina, Italy, Switzerland, Chicago and New York he has six records under his belt.
The Westerns Historic Ballroom is listed on the National Historic Register and has hosted such legends as Richie Havens and Rick Danko of the Band. Most recently the International musician Eilen Jewel.
