Sunday Share: Grand Cruise Line Captain's Table

Lure's Sunday communal dinner series continues on February 17: Set sail with Executive Chef Eric Roberts from 5:30-7 pm with a four course meal fit for the queen of the seas.

Begin with a complimentary Punch Romaine, a citrusy cocktail poured over an iceberg of crushed ice and made famous on April 14, 1912.

Grand seafood tower - oysters, poached shrimp, lobster salad, monkfish liver pate, tuna tartare (gf)

Second course:
Squid ink carbonara - chitarra pasta, squid ink sauce, scallop bacon, parmesan espuma (gf)

Salmon en croute - salmon, spinach, puff pastry, caper beurre blanc
Family stlye side dishes - green bean almondine, risotto classico, sherry roasted mushrooms (gf)
