Party at the Parkway presents THE FIFTH ELEMENT
Sunday, June 23 starting at around 9:00pm (check schedule for listing)
Join us for our presentation of THE FIFTH ELEMENT as part of "Party at the Parkway". Party at the Parkway is a patron planned event where we celebrate one of our patrons (or a group of patrons), replete with a cake and singing, and we open it up to the public. So even if you don't know anything about the group, consider coming out to celebrate. Here's more about this particular party for Karen Cheever:
"I will be celebrating my Excellent 50th year! My friends are all annoying artsy, do gooders who love to play and celebrate any occasion. And I'm sooo sooo excited about the New Parkway. Came opening night and stayed way tooo long enjoying every nook and cranny of the place. The kitchen staff was sweet and amazingly helpful and oh so cheerful. We must have sat on every chaise lounge and couch in the place in both theaters. Oh, back to my birthday crowd...they'll hoot and holler and sing, I hope and maybe even bring a guitar or two to have a sing-a-long. You can even make a request! Wagon Wheel is probably played too often as is Half an Inch of Water...but they're all good people who will enjoy a movie on me and enjoy buy beer."
