SMOKE + STRETCH
Smoke + Stretch is a guided meditation and yoga series with Women.Weed.WiFi. In the first half of the class we will go over different herbs you can incorporate into your smoking routine and how to incorporate smoking into your meditation practice. The first section ends with a guided group meditation, and the second half of class will be a grounding yoga routine.
Smoke +Stretch was created in 2016 as a holistic healing alternative to expensive spas, gyms, and services for BIWOC. Smoke + Stretch is open to womxn/femmes only.
