During this presentation and tour you will learn about the strategies that DPR has employed in five different locations to achieve sustainable outcomes. Describe the decision-making process around sustainable objectives. Explore the advantages of different credentialing systems towards advancing resiliency through our existing building stock.

Discover a methodology to identify aged buildings that lend themselves to reuse and simultaneously achieve LEED, Zero Energy, and health & well-being goals.
Understand the challenges and opportunities of transforming the existing building stock into zero energy living laboratories, in varied climates & contexts.
Explore the lessons learned from a body of high-performance buildings and how these lessons have influenced our approach to future work
Discuss the hurdles that we experience in pursuing Zero Energy buildings & adaptive re-use, and collectively brainstorm on proven strategies to overcome these hurdles.
