Valentines Day Pop Up Dinner

Following the success of New Years Eve Eve Brunch, Katie Henriquez from the Pig Bar is back to offer you a delicious Valentines Day feast! At only $50 a person for 4 courses, its a great deal to treat yourself or a partner! Drink specials and the full bar will be available to cater to your needs. COURSE ONE:
House made Tostada, charred corn, house made ancho chili aioli, cumin, chili powder, candied lime.

COURSE TWO:
Endive, arugula, green leaf, and basil, ricotta, miso, marinated cherry tomatoes, balsamic reduction, shaved almonds

COURSE THREE:
Beer Tenderloin marinated in Ethiopian clarified butter (niter kibbeh), coconut milk, lime, and garlic marinated shrimp, rutabaga mash, fried onions, red wine reduction.

COURSE FOUR:
A Neapolitan variety of cream puffs (raspberry, coconut cream, and Nutella) on top of Sophies Scoops Earl Grey gelato. Drizzled with melted dark chocolate and bourbon Dulce de Leche.
