Valentines Day Pop Up Dinner
Following the success of New Years Eve Eve Brunch, Katie Henriquez from the Pig Bar is back to offer you a delicious Valentines Day feast! At only $50 a person for 4 courses, its a great deal to treat yourself or a partner! Drink specials and the full bar will be available to cater to your needs. There are only 30 spots available and this will sell out fast so please contact the pig bar or South Bay BBQ to make your reservation! Presale Tickets are available below!
COURSE ONE: House made Tostada, charred corn, house made ancho chili aioli, cumin, chili powder, candied lime.
COURSE TWO: Endive, arugula, green leaf, and basil, ricotta, miso, marinated cherry tomatoes, balsamic reduction, shaved almonds
COURSE THREE: Beer Tenderloin marinated in Ethiopian clarified butter (niter kibbeh), coconut milk, lime, and garlic marinated shrimp, rutabaga mash, fried onions, red wine reduction.
COURSE FOUR: A Neapolitan variety of cream puffs (raspberry, coconut cream, and Nutella) on top of Sophies Scoops Earl Grey gelato. Drizzled with melted dark chocolate and bourbon Dulce de Leche.
Gratuity or drinks are not included in this price. Dinner is from 6-8pm with trivia following directly after. Please message the pig bar or South Bay BBQ to make reservations!!
