AIAOC Lunch Program - Stairnosing: Exploring and solving various problems present during stair installation and maintenance
This presentation will address the practical and aesthetic functions of Stairnosing, exploring how it solves various problems that are present during stair installation and maintenance. This presentation will also describe the specifications of 5 unique Stairnosing profiles, identify how each profile is best utilized for various flooring types, demonstrate the ease of the installation process, and provide real-world examples of the finished product in commercial and residential settings. Learning Objectives:
1.Define Stairnosing, describe its primary functions, and compare how it differs from other nosing options.
2.Identify the various flooring types and conditions that each Stairnosing profile can accommodate.
3.Demonstrate the ease of installing Stairnosing and flooring options.
4.Illustrate the adaptability of Stairnosing to different situations based on aesthetic and practical considerations.

Presenter: Fred Lopez is the founder and owner of Stairnosing, Inc. He created Stairnosing to fix common problems inherent with stair installation and maintenance. He is also the co-owner of Sauers Lopez Construction, Inc., a general contractor specializing in the construction and remodeling of automotive dealerships.
