Join TAKEOVER artist Darlene Charneco for 4 weeks in March Memorymapping!
Inspired by her series The Self-Assembling MemoryPalace, Darlene will help guide participants in creating their own art collage 'memorymaps' of favorite and familiar spaces, past or present. The artworks become storyboards that we can navigate together and share memories and stories we have embedded inside! Drop into one session or come play at all 4 to create a foldable collection of personal maps. A variety of fun materials will be provided - just bring You!
GRADES 2-5 ONLY.
Space is limited. Advance reservations required. Children are encouraged to attend all 4 sessions, but are not required to do so. Drop-off permitted.
