Death to Resolutions Dinner & Mead Pairing
New Year's Resolutions are for suckers! Fight the tyrannical forces telling you to remove happiness from your life every year. This year, indulge in a delicious 6 course dinner and mead pairing that is all about celebrating what makes life worth living: good food, good drink and good company. Chef Chuy of the Good Seed Food Company is sharing his food and beverage pairing skills for a very special pairing on Sunday January 20th at 7:00pm.
Course 1: Steamers with house made bread paired with Buck It All (traditional buckwheat blossom mead)
Course 2: Elk Ravioli with herbed butter sauce paired with Easy Bender (wildflower honey, strawberry and black currant mead)
Course 3: Andouille dirty rice nigiri paired with Zydeco Buzz (buckwheat blossom honey, coffee and chicory mead)
Course 4: Dry rub pork ribs paired with Wicked Counsel (caramelized honey, strawberry & vanilla mead)
Course 5: Brownie Al A Mode with house made caramel paired with Splash O' Cran (tart raspberry mead with cranberries and lime zest)
Course 6: Surprise Dessert Course! Because what is death to resolutions without two desserts?
This is going to be one opulent celebration for your taste buds.
We're limiting this special event to 40 attendees total.
