Hailing from the northern NM mountains, Willow is a two man project focused on merging nature's magic, the native heathen history from this land, and music into a cascading wall of sound. Joined by Peñasco locals, Kauses to Become, Red Rage of Picuris Pueblo, and by the legendary Desmadre of Espanola. Also on the line up is Friend to Foe also from Espanola. FF is a mix of classic and modern American metal that break mold.

Come to the Penasco Metal Fest to hear some of the best Metal music in Northern NM. Red Rage, comprised of Danny Sam and his son Daniel, are from Picuris Pueblo. They are lifelong musicians and his son is currently studying music at NMHU. Kauses to Become represent the local Penasco talent and are not to be missed. They feature Frank Rodriguez on Vocals, Angel Lopez as Lead/Back up guitar, Dezmond Vasquez as Back up/Lead guitar, and Elisha Vasquez on drums. Desmadre, with Enrique Martinez of Imperial Rooster on vocals, Adrian Romero on guitar, Tommy Cordova on bass, and Gary Cordova on drums, is becoming a legendary NM metal band self described as "grind/punk metal warriors". Last but certainly not least, hailing from the northern NM mountains, Willow is a two man project focused on merging nature's magic, the native heathen history from this land, and music into a cascading wall of sound. Willow's black metal music astounds and exalts any listener with its raw power and depth.
