Chef Matt Olley and Chef George Rallis are joining forces to take over the kitchen at Astoria Provisions, 12-23 Astoria Blvd, Long Island City, NY 11102, on Saturday, January 26th & Sunday January 27th.
Seating is limited to 30 each night. We will be presenting 5 courses along with wine paired by David Dabrowicz and Sommelier Richard Bill. Menu below:
1st course Lamb tatare Harissa, soy cured egg, sesame tuile, cilantro, garlic confit, shallots, Dijon mustard
2nd course Carrot Corn Dog brusselkraut, fennel apple relish, general tsos onions, spicy mustard
3rd course Wild Boar Carpaccio blueberries, fermented pineapple, pickled mango and kiwi
4th Course Cassoulet seared duck breast, duck confit, sausage and white bean cake
5th course Smoked Donut Foie gras mousse, blueberry glaze, Mighty Oak Roasters coffee
Unfortunately there will be no substitutions for any of the courses. Ticket price includes tax, and tip.
