Hot Club of Baltimore w/ Evan Price

The Hot Club of Baltimore -- which performs inspired arrangements of the Django Reinhardt repertoire, French songs, and vintage Jazz -- will be joined by one of Evan Price on violin, one of the world's most confident voices in extra-classical string playing.
Since 1998, our special guest for this occasion, Evan Price, has been proud to call himself a member of The Hot Club of San Francisco, perhaps the most venerable gypsy jazz band in the US. During his tenure, the group has thrilled audiences from Iceland to Mexico and across the United States, and has released six CDs which feature Evan on violin.
Hot Club of Baltimore has been featured on KPIG, KVMR, WRNR, WYPR, WPFW, WTMD, WDVX Blue Plate Special, Fox News Knoxville, and CBS News. Lead guitarist and composer Michael Joseph Harris made the front page of The Baltimore Sun Weekend section in 2016 and was named one of the top 10 artists in Baltimore by Baltimore Style Magazine that same year. They have performed at the John F. Kennedy Center for the Performing Arts, Charm City Django Jazzfest, Napa Valley Jazz Society, Baltimore Jazzfest, The French Embassy, on Knoxvilles Blue Plate Special, and were a featured act for the IMT Folk Series.
