Eat Your Art Out!
The winter 2019 installment of "Eat Your Art Out" will support the Asheville Symphony on Monday, January 28th at 6pm in Blue Spiral 1 gallery.

Help us support our local symphony! We will begin the evening with music from Upland Drive. Dinner will be filled with solo cello tunes by Franklin Keel.

We are thrilled to also partner with plb urban winery who will be donating wine for the event!

Each ticket includes champagne, 5 course dinner from Chef Jacob Whitman, and wine from pleb urban winery.

Eat Your ART Out! is a biannual charity dinner hosted by Blue Spiral 1 in downtown Asheville. Each winter and summer, the gallery hosts a dinner that donates proceeds to a local non-profit. Blue Spiral 1 works with local chefs and each dinner features a multi course "blind" menu, adding a little mystery to the event. The theme and other elements of the dinners vary depending on the non-profit, the galleries current exhibitions, and the time of year.
