A GOOD GIRL DOESN'T
"Lets review the men my mother had sex with in the last days of 1961...the ones we know about."
Abby's birth is the result of her parents swinging thru the 1960s with wild key parties, martinis, and manhattans leaving her with one burning question: Who is her biological father? Too many possibilities for Mom to be certain. Dad deflects with biting humor. Can a DNA paternity test provide the answer?
Warning: Sexual content and lots of #@!%* swearing. Not kid friendly.
In 2018 A GOOD GIRL DOESN'T was an Official Selection at The ONE Festival with three performances. New York Citys longest running solo performers' theater festival is in its 13th year. Abby premiered A GOOD GIRL DOESN'T (formerly MAD...OR DAD?) in 2017 at the 8th annual United Solo Festival with three SOLD OUT shows and was awarded Best Direction of a Play .
Best-selling author of "Is This Thing On? - A Friendly Guide to Everything Digital for Newbies, Technophobes, and the Kicking & Screaming" Abby tours the country as a public speaker. A thousand years ago Abby studied theatre at the O'Neill Theatre Center, performed off-off Broadway as well as in comedy clubs, did extra work in film and television, industrials, and voice overs. She founded and was Artistic Director of an improvisation company - At A Moment's Notice. A writing class, taught by award-winning Gretchen Cryer (Director), brought Abby full circle back to her theatre roots now as a performer and writer.
