FLAMENCO NIGHTS @ GALERIA WEST Music & Dance Concert with Accomplished Spanish Guitarist PEDRO CORTES & FRIENDS
The popular FLAMENCO NIGHTS @ GALERIA WEST concert series, presented by TEATRO Si, returns on Friday, February 8, 2019 at 7:30pm at the cozy Galeria West Art & Music Gallery, located at 111 Quimby Street in downtown Westfield, NJ.
Come join with Spanish flamenco guitarist Pedro Cortes, acclaimed guitarist & vocalist Juan Pedro Jimenez , accomplished flamenco dancer Nelida Tirado and talented saxophonist Dan Perez for an exciting evening of internationally popular Flamenco Puro music & dance.
TEATRO Sí presents 10 monthly live concert performances of passionate flamenco music and dance for flamenco aficionados during each annual season. Along with special diverse guest artists, the experience reveals the pure emotional essence of this popular Iberian music and dance form. Together they celebrate the expressive flamenco as it takes on a new character and exposes the audience to the warmth of the human spirit as expressed through music and dance. The body movements and the facial expressions of the dancers join with the artistry of the musicians and singers to create a spectacle that is a treat for both the eye and the soul. Come experience an evening of Spanish gypsy culture with the casts of these captivating music and dance celebrations!
