Jekyll & Hyde - Tophat Miniature Stage Productions
For this October, Tophat Productions brings back its miniature stage version of the gothic musical thriller, "JEKYLL & HYDE", based on the famous novella "The Strange Case of Dr. Jekyll & Mr. Hyde" by Robert Louis Stevenson. "JEKYLL & HYDE" could be seen as a cautionary tale of what happens when you try to play God. It centers around the well-respected and kind doctor, Henry Jekyll, as he embarks on a dark and horrifying journey into the human soul, believing that every person has both a good side and a bad. Jekyll is determined to create a drug that will separate the two. However, his experiment backfires on him, and instead of destroying his evil side, he unleashes it, and dubs his alter-ego, the name of Edward Hyde. Jekyll struggles to gain control of his evil side, but the question is, in this battle of good and evil, who will triumph in the end? With a powerful musical-pop score, see Frank Wildhorn's musical masterpiece as you have never seen it before. WARNING: Contains mature themes and situations. Not appropriate for younger audiences.
