Busy with daily demands for your time and energy, you long for the space and time to reconnect with your authentic self. Refill the chalice that is YOU by experiencing meditation, sound bath, guided visualizations, movement, discussions, and creative expression in the company of like-minded women. Time for retreat is 10 am to 4 pm daily.
