Chris Monti Band w/ Morgan Johnston
Chris Monti and his band will be playing Friday, January 18th at the Pump House! With experience playing in an assortment of groups across the RI, Monti will certainly bring an exciting variety of music to the audience!
ABOUT THE ARTIST:
"Chris Monti is a singer/songwriter, guitarist and harmonica player whose original songs are influenced by Rock and Roll, Country-Blues and Old-Time Fiddle Music as well as music from West Africa, Egypt and India.
Chris has toured the East Coast, opened many times for country-blues great Paul Geremia, played with Sierra Leones Refugee All Stars, played Terry Riley's "In C" with a hundred-piece ensemble, and played the world's largest hurdy gurdy for "Hurdy Gurdy Pallooza 2014".
Chris is also an amateur naturalist and avid bird watcher."
