Mark Hummel & the Blues Survivors
On Tuesday, 09/03/13, Mark Hummel and the Blues Survivors will be in Knoxville as part of a US tour before heading back to California then onto Europe. If you are a fan of the blues, especially really good blues, headed up by one of the best harmonica players in the country, consider this your personal invitation to an event you won't forget.
NOW THE UPDATE: Mark is bringing some friends!! He will be accompanied by Charlie Baty and Lil Ronnie, both of which are headliners in the blues world.......AND their Knoxville show will feature the music of Little Walter, one of the best blues harmonica players that ever lived. If you like real delta blues and I mean the kind that gets down into your soul, this is a show you don't want to miss!

12:00 pm - 1:00 pm - FREE - The WDVX Blue Plate Lunch Special. You can catch the show in person at the Knoxville Visitors Center (301 South Gay Street), live on 89.9 fm or www.wdvx.com. But be warned..this will only be enough to make you want more !!
5:00 pm - 8:00 pm - $20 - Special Dinner Show at Latitude 35. The ticket price of $20 includes your dinner AND entertainment. This is an early show for all of us that can't be out until the wee hours during the work week. Get your ticket and be at Latitude 35 (www.latitude35.com) on the world famous Market Square in downtown Knoxville @ 5:00 pm on 09/03/13. We have the entire downstairs reserved which includes a lounge, 2 bars, a stage, and plenty of room to relax.
Once the posters are printed and placed around Knoxville on 08/16/13, the tickets to the dinner show will be gone.
