Learn how to make cheese in your own kitchen at Landmark Creamery Provisions's store in Paoli! Award-winning cheesemaker Anna Landmark will walk you through the basics of making cheese at home, with a focus on mozzarella and ricotta. Nibble on a variety of Landmark Creamery's cheeses and learn how each one is made. You will go home with a cheesemaking kit of your own. Plus, 10% discount on any cheese you buy in the shop that day.
Children (ages 12 and over) welcome with ticketed adult and own paid ticket (for the child).
A free copy of Renewing the Countryside: WISCONSIN will be given away to every family, couple and/or household registered for a particular workshop (a $26.95 value); the free book giveaway is limited to one copy per residential address of attendees.

Landmark Creamery is run by two AnnasAnna Landmark and Anna Thomas Bates. Over homemade Old-Fashioneds, we plotted a partnership dreaming of creamy sheep milk and buttery pasture-grazed cow milk, carefully handcrafted into beautiful, delicious cheese.
CANCELLATION POLICY: NO REFUNDS. SOIL SISTERS has a no refund policy. You can, however, transfer your ticket to another person, provided that person is in possession of the ticket at the time of the workshop.
