There's nothing like fresh homemade bread! In this class we will make farmstead sourdough bread, easy peasy quick buns and savory French cheesy biscuits. This class is hands on fun and we enjoy tasting our creations as well. Using organic flours, fresh herbs from the garden and real Wisconsin cheeses we will make a variety of incredible breads. You'll be able to impress your family and friends with these great recipes.
Children (ages 7 and over) welcome with adult supervision and own paid ticket.
A free copy of Renewing the Countryside: WISCONSIN will be given away to every family, couple and/or household registered for a particular workshop (a $26.95 value); the free book giveaway is limited to one copy per residential address of attendees.
