Join us for a hands on experience of butchering meat birds from start to finished product. We will go through through each step and share what we have learned over the last ten years. You can be as involved as you want to be and ask questions along the way. Children can come with their parents in an observatory role only and would not participate. Participating parents would need their own ticket. Butchering chickens requires the use of knives and is a messy business. Please come prepared to get dirty and a little smelly.

About Christensens Farm
A family farm with three generations playing in the dirt and raising healthy and wholesome vegetables and chickens for eggs. This farm is a certified-organic Community Supported Agriculture (CSA) operation.
CANCELLATION POLICY: NO REFUNDS. SOIL SISTERS has a no refund policy. You can, however, transfer your ticket to another person, provided that person is in possession of the ticket at the time of the workshop.
