THERE IS NO ONSITE PARKING. PLEASE PARK YOUR CAR AT THE LOT AT THE INTERSECTION OF SKYLINE BLVD AND REDWOOD RD. THERE WILL BE REGULAR SHUTTLES LEAVING FROM THIS PARKING LOT.

Join us for a 4 Day Weekend of Drum, Song, Dance, Healing, Poetry and Art. Treat yourself with an Amazing International Faculty, Hands-on-Healing Circles, Fireside Concerts and Jams, Yoga, Movement, Shared Meals, Community and Celebration, Camping under the Stars! Bring your camping gear and stay for the whole time, or come for the day!
CAMP DETAILS Camp opens at 9:30 am on Thursday July 18th. Programming starts on Thursday at 11:30 am. All other days the gate opens at 8:00 am with classes starting at 9:30 am. Bring your camping equipment, your own food (and closed cooler if staying overnight), supplies, and drums (some drums available). We will provide chairs, potable water and limited parking at Bort Meadows for campers and an overflow parking lot (with shuttles)only 10 minutes from camp! (Please see parking information below).
SLIDING SCALE: The Sliding Scale costs are listed below. Please consider your ability to pay so that we can continue to make low-cost tickets available to women who need them. Thank you!
YES! You Can Register onsite at Camp. Please add $15 per day. We can only accept CASH or CHECKS at onsite registration (no internet service available). Please park at the Skyline/Redwood Rd. intersection and take the Camp Shuttle, Uber, or Lyft into Bort Meadow. The intersection is only 10 minutes from camp.
IMPORTANT INFORMATION about PARKING: Due to the East Bay Regional Parks Department emergency evacuation procedures, parking onsite in the Lower Bort Meadow lot is limited to 50 cars. At this time we are selling parking tickets at Bort Meadow to OVERNIGHT CAMPERS only. We are asking all DAY USE women to please park on the street or in the overflow lot at the intersection of Redwood Rd. and Skyline Blvd. We will be running regular shuttles from that location to and from Camp. WORK STUDY women please do NOT purchase parking tickets on this site. Work Study women can park at our overflow lot, which is only 10 min from camp, and shuttle into camp. We strongly encourage people to carpool and use ride sharing (Uber and Lyft). CARPOOL connections, plus a SHUTTLE SCHEDULE, will be available on the www.womendrummers.org website soon and at our Born to Drum rideshare and parking page on Facebook.

CANCELLATION POLICY: Cancellations before July 16, 2019 are subject to a 25% service fee. There are no refunds for cancellations on or after July 16, 2019.
