Paul D'Angelo is one of Boston's best stand-up comedians -- The Los Angeles Times once called him "the funniest entertainer you've never heard of yet" -- and in recent years he's also become a successful author with the publishing of two hilarious books. Stories I Tell won multiple awards, and More Stories to Tell was released in February. DAngelo, twice named "Best Boston Comedian" by Boston magazine, has appeared on Showtime, and has released three CDs. Mouthy, brash Colleen McCauley is a smart-ass female voice in Boston comedy, and her on-stage persona is not too much different than the role the comedian-actress played in the Boston-based classic film Good Will Hunting. Shes appeared at the Regent Theater in Arlington, China Blossom in North Andover, and at Mohegan Sun. Shes shared the stage with a bevy of top New England headliners, including Juston McKinney, Lenny Clarke, Frank Santorelli and Steve Sweeney. John Sucich has an impressive comedy resume with performances at comedy venues throughout New England. His take on life as a husband and as a father of three girls gives him a unique comedy voice both on stage and as a writer, where his humorous essays on parenting have been published in the Boston Globe Magazine, Boston Parents Paper, and online. Bob Gautreau is New England's favorite impressionist, creating a company of colorful characters from the worlds of politics and pop culture. Some crowd favorites: Robert DeNiro, Sly Stallone, Kate Hepburn, Robin Leach and Archie and Edith Bunker. He also spices his act with other tasty meatballs, like the popular "Mama Rosa" -- every Italian grandmother that ever held a ladle. He headlines at top clubs in Boston, Las Vegas and Atlantic City, as well as working on cruise ships all over the world. TV credits include Comedy Central, NBC, and A&E's Live at the Improv. Carolyn Plummer has traveled extensively and to many parts of this country few have dared to venture. She has worked at clubs, colleges, dead animal lodges, theatres and corporations, appearing with many of the top headliners in the business. She has also participated in numerous festivals including the Burbank Comedy Festival, Boston Comedy Festival and The Women in Comedy Festival. I also won the Woody Herman Jazz award for my trumpet playing abilities but I'm not one to brag, she says.
