CELP's Celebrate Water Reception
Pre-celebration CLE seminar (1 credit for WA attorneys) from 4:00 to 5:00 pm, on US v. Washington Part III: The Culvert Decision. Presented by lead counsel for the tribes, John Sledd of Kanji and Katzen and biologist Larry Wasserman.
Celebratory reception follows from 5:30 to 7:30 pm, honoring the leadership of the Swinomish Indian Tribal Community to save the Skagit River, and instream flows throughout the state, and CELP's twenty year of partnership with the University of Washington Law School to restore clean, flowing waters to Washington.
