Sunday Share | "Summer Solstice"

The summer solstice, when the tilt of our lovely planet is most inclined to the sun, occurs on Friday, June 21. With this in mind, we've decided that this month's Sunday Share on June 23 will celebrate the day on which we bask in the most sunlight than on any other day throughout the year.

You'll gather with your friends and neighbors at our communal tables to enjoy a delicious feast of summertime foods including vegetables from our roof-top garden.

> German-style potato salad with Brushed Creek farm red potatoes
> Farro verde with cucumber, mint and roof-top onions
> Grilled South Carolina quail brushed with port
> Housemade blood sausage stuffed with faro verde.
