FGI Presents Karan Dannenberg Clothier - Success At Retail Thru Two Economic Downturns
What has set Karan Dannenberg apart from other retailers is her high level of customer service. She has a list of loyal clientele that extends across the USA including Hawaii and as far as Asia. Karan is the true brand of her store and her attention to making every customer feel special is what has made her store a success. I had the opportunity to watch her in action on Memorial Day, and though the store was crowded and her dressing rooms always seemed to be full, she made sure to greet each customer, most of whom she already knew by name...and if not she was sure to make an introduction, spend time with them, offering suggestions and pulling special items that resulted in multiple item sales. She moved effortlessly around the store making sure all her customers had a great experience while they were there. In short...she made everyone feel that they were extraordinary.
