We kick off our 2nd Anniversary celebration with our next Brewmaster's Dinner featuring Craftsman Brewing from Pasadena, CA. We hope you join us as Chef Nick Brune and Craftsman Brewing founder Mark Jilg collaborate to bring you six courses of delicious food paired with six California craft beers.
First Course: Halibut with Mango, Chili, and Coriander paired with Key Lime Wit
Second Course: Avocado Slaw with Apricot, Mint, and Crispy Shrimp paired with Ursa Minor (barrel aged Red Ale)
Third Course: Pear Juice Poached Potatoes with Lavender Chicken paired with Triple White Sage (Belgian-style Tripel brewed with hand harvested white sage)
Fourth Course: Praline Pork Belly paired with Acorn Saison
Fifth Course: Duck with Fried Shallot, Leeks, and Allspice Quinoa paired with Cabernale
Sixth Course: Toast, Butter, and Jam with Sourdough Ale
There will be one 6:30 pm seating for this dinner. Reservations are $60 and include tax, but exclude gratuity.
