No Borders Blues Band

The No Borders Blues Band offers good time, swingin' blues featuring some old standards from the three Kings (BB, Albert, Freddie) along with more modern material from Eric Clapton, Stevie Ray Vaughn, Tommy Castro and some of their originals. Their attitude is that it's party time! They love to cater to the crowd and fill the dance floor. Their drummer, Animal, has played with John Mayall, Elvin Bishop, Sly and the Family Stone and has been known to show up in various disguises. Dave Brown, who plays guitar, grew up and played with Stevie Ray Vaughn and is mentioned several times in his autobiography. He plays some of Stevie's songs and you can really feel his Texas roots. Brandon McCullough is the newest member of the group and plays guitar with a rockin' edge. He can do anything from Jimi to Stevie. Jimbo on harmonica offers that Chicago feel. The founding members, Paul Danielson on bass along with Steve Sanders on guitar and vocals help provide that solid groove and round out the big, full sound that is the No Borders Blues Band (because there's no borders to the blues).
