Scarcity (noun)  1. The quality or state of being scarce;  especially:  lack of provisions for sustaining life.

In the vein of TV shows like Roseanne and Showtime's Shameless, SCARCITY explores life on the wrong side of the tracks and asks it's audience,

"How far are you willing to go to survive?"
