A fully staged production of Mozart's masterpiece, with orchestra. Confusion and comedy abound in the setting of Beaumarchais' sequel to The Barber of Seville. Now working on the Count's staff, Figaro is ready to settle down and his wedding is set for today. All varieties of problems
a Count with a roving eye, an unpaid debt, an amorous young pageboy, and missing parents make this one of the craziest days seen on the operatic stage!
Performed by emerging singers from all over the country participants of the Opera Academy of California Summer Program. Conducted by Maestro Niels Muus, a renowned Mozart specialist from Vienna and directed by David Ostwald, a stage director of great experience and understanding of opera as theater, author of the book ''Acting for Singers".
