Vibration Healing & Yin Yoga with Cannakula
Join the Cannakula Dec 29th for a morning of relaxation at the Curaleaf Midtown Wellness Center. Yin Yoga combines the Eastern yogic science with the Daoist principles of Traditional Chinese Medicine. Yin Yoga works on the the connective tissues. The principle of this style of yoga is to stress the tissue so the body will respond by strengthening it. Different Yin yoga poses stimulate and remove blockages in the myofascial meridians in the body.
Practice is infused with the healing vibration of the gong. Gong Vibration has been shown to have myriad additional physical and emotional which include: improving flexibility and coordination, increasing endorphin levels, boosting immune and glandular functioning, reducing tension and regulating stress-related hormones, and even improving digestion.
No experience necessary. Non-patients welcome. Please dress comfortably. Bring a yoga mat and a blanket or towel. You may want to bring an eye pillow to help you drop deeper in meditation. Class begins at 10:30am, check-in begins at 10:10am. Please bring a mat.
Attendees with a valid medical card will receive a goodie bag sponsored by Curaleaf Midtown and O.penVAPE. Must be present to redeem.
Participants who arrive after 10:40 will not be allowed entry.
