RUBIN AND ED (1991)

An eccentric young man (Crispin Glover) and a pyramid scheme salesman (Howard Hesseman) wander the Utah desert looking for a suitable place to bury a frozen cat. Glover's legendary appearance on the David Letterman show was a result of his appearing in character as the titular Rubin. Classic American indie filmmaking.
