Kickstart Your Community Mural! ***Cancelled***
This event was cancelled due to low enrollment.
This 3-hour instructional workshop will be led by Public Art Administrator Laura Elizabeth Becker who will share tools and insights for how to plan for and pay for a mural, find an artist to create it, engage and involve the community, and then coach you through the logistics of making it happen. This workshop will include a walking tour of community-based murals in the Old Town area of Beaverton. If you have ever wanted to create a mural in your neighborhood, this will empower and educate you to do just that!
This workshop requires a minimum of five registrants. If the minimum is not met, the workshop will be cancelled. Registrants will be notified seven days in advance of cancellation and will have the option to chat with Laura Becker individually. Refunds will be available upon cancellation.
