Market Gras: Gumbo Cook-Off

The Indianapolis City Market, along with the Tomlinson Tap Room, will host the Market Gras Gumbo Cook Off on Fat Tuesday, March 5th, in the main Market House! Local Indy chefs will offer small sample servings of their signature gumbo recipes for guests to enjoy. Guests are encouraged to bring the kids as this is an event for all ages!

Each gumbo recipe sample will come with a slice of French bread from Circle City Sweets - Boulangerie.

This cook off serves as a fundraiser to help support City Market's original programming!

Participating restaurants and chefs will be announced at a later date.

Indiana craft beer and wine purchases can be made in the Tomlinson Tap Room. Tomlinson Tap Room is a 21-and-up area, so please have your ID ready.
