BB6 Pop Up - Taiwanese Beef Noodle Night!
Taiwanese beef noodle soup is a dish brought over to Taiwan from the Chinese who resettled in Taiwan after 1949. The dish, less revered in China, became a sensation in Taiwan and is now regarded as one of Taiwan's most iconic dishes. There are many variations of the dish today. Some prefer red braised, others go for a lighter, clear broth variation. Many different cuts of beef are also included in this signature dish.
This is a casual evening to cozy up to a hearty noodle soup. For $35, we're including a bowl of beef noodle soup, 3 small plates, and dessert. Drinks will be sold separately. The cost of tickets includes the $35, Brown Paper Tickets fee, and 15% gratuity for our staff.
