Kinetic Arts Center's troupe of pre-professional performers, CIRCUS SPIRE, is reaching new heights of achievement in the art of circus and physical theatre with their 2019 production of CIRCUS PANOPTICON.

Sundays @ 1pm & 5pm
Doors open 30min prior to show.
Show runs approx 1hr45min, with 15 min intermission.
