TICKET PRICES AT THE DOOR: $35 students/seniors; $40 Adult
The Capitol Steps, a Washington DC-based comedy troupe that began as a group of Senate Staffers, will present a show based on songs from their current album "Make America Grin Again" (2018) at the James Madison High School Auditorium.
Each show consists of tasteful lampooning guaranteed to leave both sides of the political spectrum laughing. The troupe has appeared on "The Today Show," "Nightline," "CBS Evening News" and for many years in specials for National Public Radio. Their show is constantly changing, strenuously bi-partisan, and includes songs about current political madness, as well as other events in the news.
Proceeds from the show benefit the James Madison Crew Boosters Organization ("JMCBO"), a charitable 501(c)(3) organization supporting the James Madison HS Warhawks crew team. This event is sponsored by the JMCBO and is operated independently of the Fairfax County School Board, the Superintendent, and James Madison High School.
