New Years Eve Eve Wake and Bake Brunch!

You have all been asking, and now the time has come to bring back the wake and bake brunch! It will be a little different this time around, but the same delicious flavors and excellent quality you know and love.

We will be offering a 4 course menu for $35 dollar a person. Drinks will be available for sale during the course of service. The menu is as follows.

Course 1: A small breakfast sandwich served on bread peddler Pain Classique, with Beecher's New Woman Cheese, an over easy quail egg from Lost Peacock Creamery, and a house pickled persimmon jam. Served with roasted tomato foam and fresh basil cream.

Course 2: A brined and fried chicken thigh served over a sage and pink peppercorn waffle and drizzled with a bourbon-buttermilk maple syrup and topped with a Tapatio butter.

Course 3: A take on the "crunchwrap," the BRUNCHWRAP will mystify the senses and fill the soul. A 5-sided tortilla pocket filled with fennel sausage, potatoes, eggs, cheese, onions, and pico de gallo and served with a side of poblano ranch.

Course 4: A cottage bacon and green apple rose, served with bruleed citrus and a scoop of quince and rosewater mascarpone.
