The versatility of fermentation allows them to work with a wide variety of crops, utilize 'ugly' seconds that would otherwise go unsold, buy in bulk during seasonal gluts, and support the best and most responsible farmers. They will talk about the process of vinegar production and share recipes and sample their creative vinegar cocktail and provide a cooking demo and food sampling, using Philabundance ABUNDANTLY GOOD brand cheese. This retail food brand proceeds go to rescue and produce free, high-quality food for local people experiencing hunger. EVERYONE WILL RECEIVE A COMPLIMENTARY LIMITED-EDITION BOTTLE OF THEIR VINEGAR.
