California Cabernet Sauvignon
Join sommelier Brad Owen for an evening of wine education focusing on the most popular red wine variety in California: Cabernet Sauvignon. Through lecture and tasting, participants compare the diverse character of wines produced in Napa Valley, Sonoma County, Paso Robles, the Sierra Foothills, and the Santa Ynez Valley. Class is held in the Ahmanson Classroom of the Brody Botanical Center. Visit any admission window for directions to the Botanical Circle for check-in at 4:45 p.m. Registration is not available day of the event. To be added to a wait list, call 626-405-3457.
