Tragic City Rollers - Dame Cobain Benefit Scrimmage
Join the Tragic City Rollers for the third annual Dame Cobain Benefit Scrimmage. Tickets are also available at the door beginning at 4:00 PM on the day of the event.
Come out and celebrate the life of Dame Cobain and raise money for a fantastic cause. Benefiting TCRs 2019 charity, this event will feature two bouts with all door proceeds going to the Magic City Acceptance Center. Skaters from around the region are teaming up for a Foo Fighters Vs. Nirvana mash-up.
"Those of you who knew Teneisha Jones (Dame Cobain) already know what an incredible person she was. She was a gifted skater, a steadfast friend, and a truly special human being. She constantly did things to let the people in her life know that they were important and that she was thinking about them. She was always singing, dancing, laughing, and reaching out to the people she loved.
We lost her in September of 2017. In keeping with her giving nature, TCR hosts an annual scrimmage-both to honor her and to raise money for a worthy cause.
