Bûche de Noël Kids' Culinary University
Kid's Culinary U returns with a holiday baking tradition! Bring the kids out to learn how to make a traditional Bûche de Noël or "Yule log" from our Executive Pastry Chef Meagan Tighe. This dessert is served near Christmas around the french speaking world and is made of sponge cake to resemble a miniature actual Yule log. Kids will have a blast learning and then decorating their Yule log with "Mushroom" marshmallows, "Snow" frosting and more!
Your kids will start their afternoon with Chicken Fingers and French Fries while they learn about this tradition. Then they have the opportunity to make their own to bring home (or eat right away)! Parents are encouraged to dine in the adjacent dining room and enjoy a child-free lunch or brunch!
