Heather Conrad: It's About (Holiday) Time!
Heather Conrad is pleased to bring a seasonally-inspired reprise of her musical showcase "It's About Time!" back to Pangea for the holiday season. This musical revue, punctuated by personal anecdotes and by turns both cheeky and pensive, weaves together selections from contemporary musical theatre and cabaret composers, classic American songbook/jazz repertoire, and her own folk/alternative-influenced original songs into an eclectic, mischievous, and thought-provoking mosaic of musings on the notion of time. In honor of the season, be ready for some irreverent holiday fare.
Heather Conrad is a professional singer/songwriter with a long and checkered history in jazz, musical theatre, cabaret, and rock music. A resident of NY for the past 15 years, she's also lived and traveled across the American South and Southwest. In addition to being a musician/performer, she's also been a college English teacher, a waitress, and a legal professional. She draws on her varied musical and life experiences to bring a broad perspective and a unique sensibility to her performance that is influenced by many genres but defined by none. "It's About (Holiday) Time" is her second appearance at Pangea.
